  4 night still in progress. First night okay. The hotel has a very, beautiful view and is nice which could lend to an enjoyable stay BUT the staff at the front desk are not friendly or accommodating at all! The front desk personnel “did their job” at check in but not in a courteous manner. Today I went down at 5:20 to ask for additional soap since tour pick up at 7:30AM. Personnel said since she didn’t have any but she would send some up. Never did. Bathed with shampoo. It’s little things like this putting a damper on my first stay in SF. Will update as stay progresses.
