I'm really upset by my whole experience. It was terrible. The haircut was not great. The back looks choppy even after I had asked her to fix it. She said oh but I did what you wanted. Yes, I wanted it a certain length, but not choppy. It looks like my dog had chewed it. My sister is not into fashion, even she can tell the back was bad. The worse part of this whole experience was that she burnt my scalp during the blow dry. It really hurt and I screamed. And she kept going. I spent rest of the blow dry squirming and trying to get my hair away from her. It was very uncomfortable. My hair is only shoulder length and when she was blow drying the front part of my hair, she kept the blow dryer right in front of my face, my hair kept slapping me in the face. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying not to get burnt again and who wants hair slapping them in the face? I get my hair blow dried all the time and I had never had an experience like this! The overall service was not great either. I can't believe this is an aveda salon.
